All his partners are crying foul, . As he swindled all of them out of shares. One still has not been paid as he used fraudulent misrepresentation. If you claim to have so much money, why are you been living off your child over the years? You send this guy to negotiate a claim when I was 19, and the special damages disapper!!

At the time, NDH approached m seeking additional business and further opportunities to add value, beyond what he had already contributed. In response, M questioned whether he had fully compensated and settled the obligations arising from the prior contributions and value made in the business. It is reasonable to assert that no additional commitments or benefits can be requested until all outstanding compensation has been resolved.
This situation directly ties into the temporary confiscation of Norbrook Woods, as it became evident that NDH remains indebted to his son. Furthermore, it appears that his current financial standing does not suffice to address these outstanding liabilities.
In addition, NDH exhibited unprofessional conduct by issuing threats against m’s legal counsel, who was present onsite alongside his brother. Such behavior is both inappropriate and unacceptable in this context.

M told him to his face. Seems like you’re using my money to maintain many diggers, well, make sure you have my money when I call for it. – Or that’s conversion. M has a 50% account.
